Grilled Pork Chops

Grilled pork chops: I rinsed them well, patted them dry, and then marinated them in a mixture of 2 tablespoons McCormick Grill Mates Steak Rub and 4 tablespoons canola oil (which takes the grilling heat well without burning). I let the meat sit in that mixture for at least a half hour. When the grill was hot, the meat took about 4 minutes per side to cook. Asparagus: How to make Cream of Asparagus Soup
